In her previous role as CTO for the City and County of San Francisco, her responsibilities were to set technical strategy, standards, policy, innovation, and processes. Dr. Bruce Krogh, Professor
Dr. Krogh is an expert on the theory and application of computer control systems and now he’s an expert on leading a university program abroad. Bruce joined the Carnegie Mellon faculty in 1983, has been named director of Carnegie Mellon in Rwanda. CMU is the first U.S. research university to confer a graduate degree in engineering in Africa.
